    Vitreladonella richardi is the only member of this genus. It is commonly known as the glass octopus, due to its transparent appearence. They can grow to be a total length of 45 centimeters, and are found and deep tropical/sub tropical waters.

    Unfortunately, this one is very grainy, but it gives you a good idea of how the animal moves.
