The Joy of Cooking Squid

We were cleaning out some offices and moving things around at the NRCC and I came into the posession of this little beauty.... a poster entitled "The Joy of Cooking Squid" in which our darling little host, Squiddley, introduces us to how to prepare and dress our little squidgies and even throws in a few couple mouth watering recipes:

Boston-baked Squid
New England Squid Chowder (first on my list to try)
