    I thought this 62 cm ammonite from Alberta in its red "grandmother of pearl" shell was a very beautiful thing. It's in the Royal Tyrrell Museum at Drumheller.

    For a fossil the colors are fantastic, not so much for the wall of my tanks :grin:
