i was cracking open one of my rocks from the Huron River and i think i uncovered a nautiloid. its a solid brown inclusion under an inch long that appears breviconic, endogastrically curved and appears to have a small siphuncle in cross section. does this sconfiguration sound familiar to anyone?

Possibly a Nautiloid. Without a clear view of the shell wall or septa, or a view of the complete siphuncle, it is hard to tell.
