Both, actually, but I have never actually seen the titanite wink. I guess old fossils like to take their time.....

The reason I made the smiley is because it depressed me a bit to become a fossil

I the wink is subtle, just look at it for awhile and it happens but it doesn't put a bunch of blinking things all over the screen
