    Commonly known as the dumbo octopus, these octopus are denoted by their very large fins. They live very close to the ocean floor, sometimes to several km down. They are small to medium in size (Mantle of about 10-20 cm depending on the species).

    LOL, you wouldn't be able to FIND one even if we knew (Monterey Bay Aquarium is experimenting) how to keep them.
