If I'm accepted, among other things, I'll be interacting at least once a week with a Giant Pacific Octopus, three Common Cuttlefish, and a nautilus, plus other assorted invertebrates, ranging the gamut from anemones to A FARKING MANTIS SHRIMP.

Way cool. :fingerscrossed: that you get accepted for work with these guys!

Mantis are cute little guys as long as you keep your fingers away. Our two are not overly friendly but do come out for supper and to watch us on occassion but they are not the size of the peacock that you are likely to be looking after.
