Where can you get O. Maya

Does anyone know where you can get an Octopus Maya? I've been reading up about them and aside from an octopus farming facility in Mexico, I don't know where to get one. I've read that they are endemic to the Yucatan Peninsula area of Mexico. Does anyone have any input on their range of habitat as well?
