What do you see when you look at an octopus?

Do you see the mantle as a giant bulbous head ie Mars Attacks, or do you see it as a giant nose?

LOL, I must have had too much time staring at my tanks. I see an octopus but then when I am looking for them I see numerous mantles and eyes that are actuall rocks.
