I don't want to comment on your size comparisons, because for the larger squid is a still a hotly debated subject. Given the elasticity of tentacles, the total length varies considerably. In general, this is one of my favorite size comparison images, which is found on this site.

I would like to say that you've done a great job on the physical representation of galiteuthis! It's quite accurate.
