I've just seen a really neat toy the Dino Lite USB Microscope, saw it working and it's really not bad at all, http://www.minresco.com/dinolite/dinolite.htm And quite reasonably priced for a scope.......hoping to buy one!!!! But someone was looking for an inexpensive scope, I've forgotten who and what thread, but thought you all might be interested anyway!!

    Cheers

Thinkgeek also carries a USB microscope (a little more expensive though :hmm:) and a few other magnifying devices.

I think they're being tongue-in-cheek... dry humor abounds on that site.
