Worldreef is a Group of people at Toboso, Negros Occidental, in the Philippines. We cover the Waterfront ... everything from Artificial Reefs to Marine Protected Areas. Currently, we are trying to identify local octopus.

We have photographs of several species. Our latest find we think is a Day Octopus but so far no positive ID .... Any help would be appreciated.

To help a little with determining if it is O. cyanea (day octopus), look for large white polka dots on the arms and body, lots of webbing and two brown false eyespots (one below each eye).
