While I'm mildly annoyed at the fact that the octopus is being shown as a threatening beast, I actually think it's pretty clever. The point is to display the the many different aspects and possible entanglements with healthcare and the octopus is a good representation with it's many grasping arms and ability to capture things.

Oh my god! I also thought of Pen. Now I feel kind of bad, poor Pen will be forever thought of as a beast.
I love seeing the octopus in advertising, very appropriate, insurance claims can be hideously complicated. :bonk:

el Diablo Rojo might have been a better choice since it could get it's hooks into everything and shoot out tenticles just when you thought you had escaped it.
