Psycroteuthis glacialis (the glacial squid) is part of the histioteuthidae family. It is the only member to not be covered with mantle photophores. It is found in Antarctic waters. There may be another species of this genus, however that is yet to be confirmed.

In that picture, it looks like a baby octopus wearing a party hat :grin:. Cute little ol' thing!
