Saddly enough, the only critters I ever had in school were the ones that would fly up to the windows, and breifly look in, then fly away. 
My sister teaches fifth graders, and when we talk about work, she would get all pretty worked up about buying supplies for class. The other thing she would comment on is that she is close to being the shortest person in the class.
