This looks like the starry night octopus (Callistoctopus luteus). Search for it online, and you’ll find many photos and videos.

Nancy, thanks a lot for your help. But I think that Callistoctopus luteus. I saw it many times underwater. Of course, Octopuses are grand masters of disguise and everything possible :) But so far I think it is not C.luteus (atrached)
