ocotpus for a 15 gallon tank?

    I was wondering if there are any medium sized octopuses i can order online that will live a good life in a 15 gallon tank?

    Welcome!!!

    15 gal is way too small! Please read the Ceph care page!! Octopuses produce alot of waste and you would be asking for trouble with this size tank!

    15 gallon is too small for any octopus. They need to eat much more than other inverts, therefore they produce more waste. Also, they are very intelligent and need more to look at than the inside of a tiny aquarium. They like to explore, redecorate their home, and change hiding places. Keep reading and :welcome:

    If you can get your hands on one, O. Wolfi is a very small octopus that would do great in a 15 gallon. The problem is, since they are so small their lifespan is very short. Most live only 6 months before :goodbye:
