A new species of cephalopod with a great gastronomic potential was just recently discovered. Because of its unusually high content of lipids, it reddish colour and "meaty" taste, it was named Tomaculumteuthis purpureus - red Bratwurst-squid.
I just returned from visits to Ludwigshafen and Hannover, but failed to see the species... I tried long and hard, believe me, searching high and low in Stadtbrauhaus and Kneipe, in Currywurstbude and Imbiss.... I am now done with red Bratwurst for a while, thank you very much!
