Lol, I can't remember writing that, but it did remind me of when I worked in a bakery. The dough for the bread would be kept in large bins and sometimes it would "escape" because of the air building up inside (due to the yeast)- you'd have to beat it back into the bin; I always though it looked suitably shoggoth-y
