    where is it located

    Hi Franco -

    Here's a non-scientific answer:

    The mantle of the octopus is really it's body. The octopus has eight arms. Above the arms is the head, where the eyes are located. And above (or behind) the eyes is the mantle. It's like a bag where all the organs are stored.
