In France There are some interesting comics ( european format)
about lovecraft theme ( or linked to that)

" grands-anciens-tome-1" great olds tome 1 : this is a crossover between "cthulhu novels", "moby dick" and "20000 feets under the seas". The first book is excellent ( but in French -_-) .

Another excellent comics ( older than the first) is Island of the deads : "L'Ile des morts"

This is talking about great olds and eternal gods.

I don't know if this comics are translated to english or will be in the future.
