this pic is of some cool stuff i found in the Petoskey Limestone in Michigan, Traverse Group, ~380mya. ill give you guys until next sunday to figure out what thes are. order to genus level ids are acceptable.

ok, answer time

A and B dont match any thing listed in the Traverse Group, so its ok if you couldnt id those.

C is listed as the gastropod Pleurotomaria. they whole thing looks a lot like a top.

D is an Atrypa brachiopod with the upper valve eroded away. the lower valve is flat and has an interesting purple color.

E is two halfs of rostroconch, an extinct mollusk relatet to scaphopods (tusk shells).
