INK!!

    i just came home today to see that my cuttle inked the tank for no apparent reason!, How much of the tank do i have to drain, does anyone have an idea why it would do this?

    How much ink? Is the tank all dark or can you suck out the ink with a siphon? Sometimes they just get spooked by something... Do you have a protein skimmer?

    the tank is dark, but not pitch dark and i already sucked 10 gallons out of my 30 gal. tank and i dun got a protinne skimmer... what do i do

    The cuttle seems happy and not affected at all by it

    Another good back up is to have an external cannister filter with a bag of carbon in the chamber.
