This is a octopus i just recieved sorry the photos are not good. Does anyone know what species he is? The only answer I could get from the supplier is that he was caught in in the indo pacific..

The way he seems to be mimicking algae, I'd say A. Aculeatus. If you can get better pics that would be helpful for a sure answer!

I'll second that it looks like aculeatus, but Roy or Mucktopus are the best to say for sure. I think there's a dwarf from around there that has similar papillae too...
