ID HELP... horns over eyes, gold rings around pupils

and seems aggressive and has a weedy like body...

not sure what this means, i asked around on my local reefing forum and one of the shops had that description of their "common" brown octo they have in...

ideas?

not sure, i wasnt going to make the drive in if it wasnt a bimac but of course they only know it's a "common brown" octo... he thinks is from the atlantic.
