How to lower phosphate and others

    How do you exactly lower phosphate, nitrate and others becausei want to know what to do before my water paraments get weird.

    Good old fashioned healthy water changes.... Aim for doing about 25% weekly depending on the size of the cuttlefish

    It makes the build up slower :)

    no expert at all but i have heard a rumour of steel wool (obviously not soap impregnated!) helping lower phosphates?

    IS THIS TRUE?

    i heard that from the guy im buying the tank from???

    he had some in the sump and it wasnt doing any harm...
