These guys are said to have a lot of personality, which suggests that they are interactive when people are awake, and are willing to come out when the lights are on. Is that true, or do they only come out at night or under red light?

Thanks for the first hand info guys. I've had a couple of bimacs, and I think I'd like to try one of these. I'll have to get a whip and a chair for when I clean the tank.
