Hmmm....Duds?

Hey guys,
It has now been two weeks since I received my cuttlefish eggs from NYaquatics and I have yet to see a change in size in most of them. Seven of the eggs are large and about the size of a quarter, while 10 of the eggs are still very small. Do you guys think these small eggs could be duds?

Cuttlegirl always advises to leave them be until they either hatch or rot . Waiting on eggs to do something is part of most "from egg" journals
