Hello all. i work at a small fish shop and we just got a juv bimac (mantle length is around 2.5inches). i pick through the live rock for non reef safe hitchhikers and have a sizable collection of whelks (most are Engina zonalis i believe) and i was wondering if these were safe to feed to the octo? are there any hitchhikers to avoid?
cheers
Carson

i think what i would say is as long as the hitchhicker is smaller and looks as it cant do much damage you are good to go
