Hi! I’m a retired psychology professor trying to learn as much as possible (as fast as possible) about the Hawaiian Day Octopus, with an ultimate eye toward both conservation and research on cognition & communication. I’m stepping way outside my current knowledge base here, and would greatly appreciate any suggested links, articles, books, etc. to bring me up to speed as quickly as possible. Just joined your group today and am very psyched to be a part of it— thank you!!

Thanks so much! I’ve visited the octopus farm a couple of times, but didn’t see the ReefBuilder article, and the rest of the info you gave is great… much appreciated!
