After doing loads of research and repairing my tank i purchased my first octopus. It is a atlantic pygmy octopus (i cant get any more specific) hes about the size of a half dollar with his tentacles completely extended. anyways ever since i put him in the tank he has been hiding behind my heater (a fluval E series). The tank is at a constant 75 degrees but i cant figure out if hes just cold or what? as of today i moved the heater and he moved to under a rock. I havent seen him eat yet i threw 6 small snails and 6 ghost shrimp in and i have yet to see him eat any. I also tried holding up a small piece of dried shrimp and he refused, any ideas? is he OK?
