How do I change the picture under my name that shows whenever I post. I donot like being a gray faceless person...

This is a bit off topic so I've split it out and put it in the "Our Community" forum:

1) Go here: http://www.tonmo.com/forums/usercp.php

2) Scroll down to the "My Settings" area in the left margin

3) Click "Edit Profile Picture"

4) Follow on-screen instructions

Or, go to the same page and upload an "avatar". The profile pic show up when someone accesses your profile, the avatar shows up on posts.
