Cuttlefish identification

Hello,
I will really appreciate if somebody could answer me on two questions.
1. What spiece of cuttlefish is shown on this video?

2. Do all of cuttlefish have ability to SO spectacular changes of colour? (I saw some videos of dwarf cuttlefish but it didnt show something even remotely close to that-but still amazing).

I believe this one is Sepia latimanus (common name Broad Club) but I think I remember them also showing clips of Sepia apama (common name Giant Cuttlefish).

Most cuttlefish have a set of amazing display options. The bandensis is no exception but shows fewer colors. The tiny Metasepia pfefferi (common name Flamboyant Cuttlefish) is most known for its array of brilliant colors.
