Commensal fish with Mimic octo?

Does anyone think it looks like a kind of blenny? Which I'd suspect may have a kind of cleaning role. There's quite a few species with commensal fish and I know that certain corals can't survive in captivity without their commensal crabs, which could explain the mimics failure to thrive in captivity.
I'm also thinking about a turtle at my local aquarium who has a commensal fish, but most turtles don't, so it could be a 'sometimes' relationship too.
Amazing video though, I hope we find more examples of this behaviour soon!

I am not much on fish ID but my immediate impression was Blenny too. Rewatching several times I did not see any kind of cleaning behavior though, it looked more like a protection hovering.
