Hello!

I've been reading a few articles on colossal squid and discovered a question I can't seem to find the answer to. From what I've read, the beaks of mature colossal squid have been recovered from the stomachs of the Pacific sleeper shark. It is my understanding that the colossal squid inhabits the Antarctic regions of the ocean while the Pacific sleeper shark stays in and around Arctic waters. I'm pretty sure neither species is migratory and, if that is true, how can the two species have ever met in the ocean?

Thanks in advance!
