The Donkey Kong titles on Super Nintendo (SNES) have octopuses -- one of them even has blue rings in the later levels!

On one of the underwater levels I think there was a nautilus thing that chased you around.

On "Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes" there is a boss named "Decoy Octopus", I just read it in the instruction manual thing.

There's a big octopus in "Grim Fandango", if I remember correctly.

In the Sims Makin Magic edition, make a kid and look at their interests. Under the alien section, there is a three armed octo.
