I am reading the second (Octopus and Squid, The soft Intelligence) of two books I picked up authored by Jacques Cousteau and was amused by his description how the octopus was (and still is) considered a feared creature so I decided to start a thread on octo myths.

This one is really stupid but I am posting it anyway

Here's one myth with an octopus I'm illustrating for part of my art thesis. Japanese, so crazy.
