I contacted him by phone a couple of years ago. The diver has moved up the coast (I can't remember the state but he is no longer in the keys) but still does some collecting (or so he says). As for my dwarf request, he said that he might be able to find an octopus but would not guarantee live arrival (or commit to any kind of timing). I was suitably unimpressed and don't think the site has been updated since the copyright date. There is always the possiblity that he has reentered the collecting business on a serious note but I would call and get a feel for the viability.
