Blanket Ocotopus

I read recently in the newspaper about the Blanket Ocotpus. They're so cool! The female is a few feet long, but the male is exremely small. He mates by removing one of his tentacles and placing it in her pouch. When she's ready, she transfers the tentacle full of semen and squeezes it out to fertilise her eggs!
