Does anyone know what kind of Octopus these are? They are very common in Korea but whenever I ask for specifics they say it is just an 'octopus'. But I already know that :banghead:. So I figure someone here has to know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I can't help with an ID but I will say that I don't think they are dwarfs so choosing a smaller one would likely mean a younger one.

Very strange impression to see octopuses being housed like live lobster.

Not when they are sharing the same fate as lobster.

it's sad to see such intelligent creatures cooped up like that.

but i guess we can't be anti-calamari, can we? as long as folks like them for some reason, they'll care about whether or not they'll be protected
