Hi. Spotted this fellow today and was hoping for an ID.



I guess the head would be 10-14cm long. These photos were taken at low tide. I assume he only came out because his hideout was running out of water. The location is south-eastern coast of Australia.

Oh really?

Well thanks anyway. There's 3 or 4 gloomies nearby, they're easy to identify since there's plenty of pics on the internet. This red guy came out at the same time every day for a while, but he wasn't there yesterday.
