    Nani, the giant Pacific octopus, passed away earlier this week. (Photo ... They are considered mollusks and are related to clams, squid and snails.

    The new octopus is currently on exhibit at the zoo's Journey to the Reef ... They are considered mollusks and are related to clams, squid and snails.
