About to blow a seam (I think) Help

I made the tank transfer today. It went very smoothly. After making sure that Spike was in his rock I got a transport bag and put his rock in it. I wanted to move as little in the tank both before and after Spike was in place. 3 hours after the move he was out on his rock watching cartoons on the tv.
