Salinity should be about 1.025. Ammonia and Nitrite should be 0. They're the most lethally toxic. Nitrates you want as close to 0 as possible. Try to keep them under 15 ppm. pH should be about 8.1 to 8.3. Turnover rate should be higher than normal for most similar sized tanks, meaning you want a pump that can push the entire volume of water through itself multiple times in an hour. On my 40 breeder tank I have a 20 gallon sump with a 568 gph pump. You also need to have a decently powerful protein skimmer, to deal with inking events and to keep the nitrates at bay.
