Here is the first batch of multimedia donated to TONMO.com by member tjw13, of his (now deceased) Blue Ring octopus. The Blue Ring is renowned for its deadly venom -- which can kill humans. Blue Ring octopuses are sometimes available in aquatic shops for sale as pets. However, we advise that they are SPECIALIST animals which need to be cared for by an expert. As well as their fatal bite they often only live for a few weeks to a couple of months in captivity because they are collected as adults. We thank Tim for his contributions
