      Eledone cirrhosa is destiguishable by the single row of suckers! They are found off the East coast of Scotland, so this one was most likely a local, brought to the Aquarium! Otherwise known as the Northern Octopus, I think, as well as maybe the Lesser Octopus in these regions.
