MiniCon - Coffs Harbour, NSW AU

One of the reasons I suggest that new members include a location in their viewable profile is the chance to meet up with one another outside our official bi-annual TONMOcon. One place we always wanted to visit was Australia and my oldest son provided that opportunity. Haggs had extended an invitation some years ago and Neal and I stayed almost a week beyond my son and daughter-in-law to take advantage of the offer Haggs and Pam went over and above to made sure we saw everything on our list of OZ experiences. I've posted photos of many of the creatures we saw in the supporter's forum and will post an album on Facebook but wanted to share the TONMO side here.
Haggs and Pam Picked us up in Port Macquarie ......... Took us home to Coffs Harbour and let us feed their birds

He escaped in time to take us to the small aquarium attached to the University and give us a backdoor tour (pink angel fish indeed!).

Vacations like this end too quickly. It is Haggs' turn to venture into the US South but we hope to go back and revisit Coffs as well as meeting up with some of our other Aussie members.

It's a shame the time went so quick, but you did get to see how lucky I am and how I spend my spare time. Thanks for coming over... maybe one day we will get back over there.
