Species List

I have been looking around the site, and online, and have failed to come across a good Octo species list. I would like to look over the different types to figure out what kind I want to get.

Have a look at the List of Our Octopuses, at the top of Journals and Photos. This will give you an idea of what species people are getting right now.

There aren't a large number of species available. (Check also the Octopus Availibility thread at the top of the Octopus Care Forum).

You need a fully cycled tank set up for an octopus, which will take at least three months cycling.
