View Full Version : What one !! fishman65 May 7th, 2007, 07:24pm I wanted to know if theres a cuttle fish that will do well in a 24 gallon tank, and if so where can i ge it.Plus some important info on them-thx:grin: Animal Mother May 7th, 2007, 08:36pm Nope, afraid not. 50 gallons would be ideal though for some Sepia Bandensis. fishman65 May 8th, 2007, 01:09am ok i thought there were some rather small ones but i guess a pigmy octo fits my tank better:sad: Thales May 8th, 2007, 01:41am Your tank is a little on the small side, but bandensis would be the cuttle. There is a very similar thread about tank sizes - I don't remember which one though. fishman65 May 11th, 2007, 09:29pm so does anyone know were i can get some young bandensis or there eggs please tell me thanks! Opcn May 11th, 2007, 11:06pm I think Euprymna scalopes, The Bob-tail Squid might be a better choice, if you can find one. They are both difficult to find, the bib-tail is noctournal just fyi. fishman65 May 12th, 2007, 12:38am ok i heard of those before and never thought about them much.Do they have any specific care requirements? Opcn May 12th, 2007, 12:42am A sand bed, food, water. Jean May 16th, 2007, 04:56pm a patient owner......they're nocturnal! J |
