Just back from North Sulawesi where I was able to get enough shots to put together a page on mimic and wunderpus ID's. Hope this helps anyone who may see one in a store.

Thanks, this is a much-needed chart and will help a lot with IDs.
Did you see many mimics and wunderpuses?- we get reports that they're increasingly difficult to find.

This is an excellent resource -- thanks for posting it!
I was just checking out our Ceph News page and I came across a great (award-winning, in fact) photo of the mimic in an open water column. You can clearly see those bright, continuous white lines along the base of the suckers.
